It’s no wonder they were despised by the Arabs well before they were supplanted by the Israelis in Arabian hate rhetoric.

I’ve heard alot of excuses made for the Palestinian people in the last few days since the Hamas victory in their “national” elections; some of them even seemed plausible. Then I caught wind of one of the people the Palestinians swept into “national” office:

“In Gaza, Farahat is known as Um Nidal, or Mother of the Struggle — a mother who sent three of her six sons on Hamas suicide missions against Israeli targets.

“We consider it holy duty,” she told ABC News. “Our land is occupied. You take all the means to banish the occupier. I sacrificed my children for this holy, patriotic duty. I love my children, but as Muslims we pressure ourselves and sacrifice our emotions for the interest of the homeland. The greater interest takes precedence to the personal interest.”

I normally try to be reasoned and as logical as possible in my opinions on other cultures, but now, as regards the collective Palestinian suicide obsession, I give up.

A culture that has lost it’s most basic value, that being the protection of it’s own children, cannot be said to further exist as a social, human entity. That the “nation of Palestine” would support this insanity so rigorously by voting it’s proponents into office indicates that we have no hope of any Palestinian State rising above the level of animalistic brutality we’ve come to expect from them, collectively.

And Hamas has the utter gall to plead for Western dollars to keep flowing into Palestinian coffers?

“Ismael Haniyeh, a Hamas leader in Gaza, promised that foreign aid would go only toward helping ordinary Palestinians and said a Hamas government was ready to have its spending monitored.

Really? Do you pinky-swear? Well then, considering your astounding legacy of honesty and moderation in all of your political dealings, I guess that’s ok.

“We call on you to direct all the aid and revenues to the treasury of the Palestinian Finance Ministry,” he told a news conference. “We send you this message and ask you to deal with our message with an open mind and big responsibility.”

I’ve got news for you, Habib. Considering your passion for killing your own children for “the cause”, I think humanity only has one, final responsibility to the Palestinian population:
