This is a sharp reminder for all 15 or so of my readers of the kind of “democracy” that the American hard-left wants to see in our good ol’ U.S. of A.:

“A one-man Venezuelan court demanded 16 years in prison for Venezuelan democracy campaigner Maria Corina Machado. The one-stop-judge/jury/jailer also violated her rights by refusing to allow her to speak in the courtroom as is her right.”

Read the whole piece, and then, if you will, recall which Hero of the Left recently cozied up to this ruthless pinko to denounce her own country.
